Why we exist
Records, not reconstruction.
Direct support professionals do some of the most important work in human services, often alone, often on the move, and usually with tools designed for somewhere else. When the record is written days later from memory, everyone loses: staff, the people they support, and the agency that has to prove the work happened.
Nimbus is designed so the record is created as the work happens: the clock-in, the arrival, the note, the med pass. When an auditor, a family, or a program director asks what happened, the answer is already there.
