Kestrel: shared daily care reporting for families
Many families of adults with developmental disabilities, especially in rural areas, drive long distances for day programs and are largely on their own the rest of the time. Kestrel is a shared daily care record for what staff observe and what families see at home.
Shared daily care record
Meals, sleep, medications, behavior, and health notes in one place, from the program and from home.
Ready to share with clinicians
A clear picture of the days between appointments, organized to share with a clinician.
Free for families
Kestrel will be free for families. It is meant to ease caregiver isolation without adding financial burden.
Current pilot status
Kestrel is being piloted with a Virginia day program and is not publicly available. We do not collect individual or family registrations, maintain waitlists, or collect information about individuals with disabilities on this website.
